Notice and procedure for making claims of copyright or intellectual property infringement.

What You Need to Do

Promo Cloud respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same. In appropriate circumstances, Promo Cloud may disable access to content or terminate user accounts that repeatedly or egregiously infringe upon the rights of others.

If you believe that your copyright or intellectual property rights have been infringed, please submit a written notification to our designated agent including the following information:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright or intellectual property owner.
2. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property you claim has been infringed.
3. A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the site (a direct URL is best).
4. Your full name, address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
